If you love the extraordinary, you will be enthralled by the ambience of our Alpen apartments. The former so-called "Surgeon and Baderhouse" is a lovingly renovated 16th century farmhouse in the centre of Zell am See. "Bader" is an old term for a doctor or healer.

Upstairs, the two suites have been romantically and nostalgically renovated in a loving and genuine way and offer a heavenly living atmosphere in a refined ambience through the unique furnishing. Beautiful old wood ceilings, walls and floors, marble bathrooms and rural baroque style bedrooms are paired with modern comfort. The apartments in Zell am See have their own entrance and the balcony and herb garden are located on the sunny south side. Because of its central location in the city, you can easily park your car in our car park free of charge and explore Zell am See on foot.

Our Arnika apartment for 2-4 people has been completely renovated with great attention to detail and with its unique furnishings provides a particularly cozy feeling of living at the pulse of the good old days. Beautiful old wooden ceilings, walls and floors, marble in the bathroom and a bedroom in rustic baroque style meet modern comfort. A private balcony and a small south-facing garden invite you to relax. Thanks to the central location, you can park conveniently in our free parking lot and explore Zell am See on foot. The Schmittenhöhe and the ski bus to all ski areas are only a 5-minute walk away.
